Ban appeals

Whoever gets banned receives a DM with a button. With it the member answers your questions and submits a ban appeal without having to be on the server.

How it works

1. BanWith /ban, the dashboard or the warn limit. BitGuard also tries it for bans via the Discord menu.
2. AppealThe member clicks the button in the DM and answers your questions, up to 3 for free, 5 with Premium.
3. ReviewThe appeal lands in the review channel together with the ban reason.
4. Decision"Accept & unban" or "Deny" with a reason.

Settings

• ReviewersWho may handle appeals. Members with "Ban Members" always can
• CooldownAfter a denial, wait a few days before appealing again
• InviteOn accept the member gets an invite that can be used once and is valid for 7 days
• Text in the ban DMYour own note above the button
