Anti-Scam
Anti-Scam scores suspicious messages with points: by links, invites and behavior, not just by words. Above a threshold BitGuard steps in and deletes the whole scam wave.
What gets detected
- Known scam domainsChecked against public, maintained lists, updated every 12 hours
- Typical scamsFake Nitro, Steam and skin gifts, crypto airdrops, fake giveaways
- Disguised linksLookalike domains, punycode, link shorteners, IP loggers and links whose text shows a different address
- InvitesInvites to NSFW servers or, if you want, to any other server
- Hacked accountsThe same message in several channels within a short time
Settings
- DetectionRelaxed, Normal or Strict. Admins, moderators and bots are always exempt
- ActionLog only, Delete, Timeout, Quarantine role, Kick or Ban
- Delete retroactivelyMessages from the last few seconds are removed as well
- Domain listsYour own blocklist and allowlist, server IDs in the blocklist block invites to that server
- ExceptionsRoles, channels and single users
- DM to the userIncluding a note that the account may have been hacked
Undo and false positive
Every report in the log channel has two buttons. Undo lifts the punishment, False positive also puts the user on the allowlist.
