Applications

Members apply through a panel right inside Discord, for example to join the team. Your team reviews every application in its own channel and decides with a button.

Setup

  1. Create a formName, emoji and a short description for the button in the panel.
  2. QuestionsShort or long text, required or optional. With more than 5 questions BitGuard splits the form into several pages.
  3. Review channelNew applications land here, optionally with a role ping.
  4. Post the panelChoose a channel, adjust heading and text and post it.

Options per form

  • ReviewersWho may accept or deny. Members with "Manage Server" always can
  • Roles on acceptGive roles and remove others
  • RequirementOnly members with certain roles may apply
  • CooldownAfter a denial, wait a few hours before applying again
  • DMTell the applicant about the decision, with your own text
  • Open or closedClose a form for a while without deleting it
