Frequently asked questions

Immediately. If we added Premium for your server, it applies from your next click in the dashboard.

Premium is currently in a test phase and is not sold. There are two ways: after a vote on top.gg you redeem 7 days of Premium for one server on the Premium page of the dashboard, at most every 30 days and within 48 hours of the vote. And the team grants Premium to partners and friends, just ask on our Discord.

One server. If you want Premium on several servers, you need it for each server separately.

Yes, just ask the team on our Discord.

Your settings are kept. The free limits apply again: you cannot create anything beyond them, and whatever is above the limit pauses until Premium is active again. If Premium ends on a set date, the bot reminds you by DM three days before.

Not at the moment. The trial access is free. Should Premium become paid later, we will announce it beforehand and separate terms will apply.
